Our building department is headed by a team of professionals with proven experience in both the private and the public construction sectors.
Edilmar also has a legal department that takes care about all the legal work throughout the building process and assists clients with all the legal procedures regarding all European and non-European cityzens during the buying process.

, a small village belonging to the Municipality of the town of Greve in Chianti. The road of Dudda is linked with Greve and also with Radda in Chianti, Ponte agli Stolli and Figline on the other side.
You can either arrive from the highway taking the exit to Incisa or from the internal
road that goes from Florence to Greve in Chianti. Otherwise, if you are coming from Greve you will find a road that is directly linked to Lucolena and Dudda, only 10 minutes drive.
